Kitchen appliances and utensils: a set of containers of different depths, multicooker, baking paper, spatula or tablespoon, whisk, sieve, measuring cup.

Wheat flour 280 g
Kefir 3.2% 300 ml
Chicken eggs 2 pcs.
Granulated sugar 200 g
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l
Butter 10 g
Baking powder 10 g
Nuts 30 g
Raisins 30 g

Step cooking

  1. In a deep bowl, pour 200 g of sugar, 280 g of sifted premium wheat flour and 10 g of baking powder. Mix everything so that the ingredients disperse evenly. Instead of baking powder, you can take soda, which you do not need to extinguish.
    In a bowl, mix the sugar with flour and baking powder.
  2. Drive 2 chicken eggs into a separate container and add 2 tbsp to them. l refined sunflower oil.
    Drive two eggs into a bowl, add vegetable oil.
  3. Lightly mix the ingredients with a whisk or a fork, and then add 300 ml of 3.2% kefir. Again, mix everything until smooth.
    After mixing the eggs with butter, add kefir to them.
  4. In several approaches, add flour to the liquid mixture and knead the dough with a cooking spatula or spoon, do it with the same movements from depth to top.

  5. The dough is thick but sticky. To improve the taste of the future cake, add 30 g of any nuts and raisins to the dough. You can also add cinnamon, dried fruits, candied fruits, coconut, jam and any other ingredients to your taste.

  6. Lubricate the bottom and walls of the multicooker bowl with butter, additionally cover the bottom with a piece of parchment paper.

  7. Dip all the dough into the bowl. We select the "Multipovar" mode, set the temperature to 125ºС and the time is 1 hour. Close the lid and prepare the cupcake before the end of the set time. You can also use the “Baking” mode without additional settings.
    We spread the dough into the bowl of the device.
  8. After the time has passed, we take out the cupcake from the multicooker bowl, peel off the parchment paper, turn the cupcake upside down and put it back into the bowl. We set the time to around 20 minutes, leave the temperature the same.
    Turn the cupcake on the other side, removing the parchment.
  9. After cooking, turn off the multicooker so that there is no heating mode, and leave the cake to cool for another 15-20 minutes in the bowl with the lid open.
    For another 15 minutes, leave the cupcake in a slow cooker with an open lid in heating mode.
  10. We take out the prepared and cooled cake, decorate it with sweet icing, condensed milk, jam, grated chocolate, coconut flakes, colorful pastry topping or other your favorite ingredients and serve tea, coffee, with a cup of warm milk and any other drink.
