Ingredients

Margarine 200 g
Sugar 200 g
Flour 250-270 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Vanillin 1 tsp
Baking powder 2 tsp

Step cooking

  1. In a deep bowl, mix 3 eggs and 200 grams of sugar. Beat them with a mixer or whisk until sugar is completely dissolved and lush foam appears.
    With a whisk, beat the eggs with sugar.
  2. Add 200 grams of room temperature margarine to the egg mixture (for cake, choose the freshest margarine; you can’t replace it with butter). Mix margarine with eggs.
    Add softened margarine to the eggs and beat again.
  3. Sift 250 grams of flour, 1 teaspoon of vanillin and 2 teaspoons of baking powder to a liquid base. Mix with a spoon. If you think the dough is too thin, add some more flour. Its quantity depends on the quality of the other ingredients and the size of the eggs.
    Add flour, baking powder and vanillin, mix the dough.
  4. Cover the baking dish with parchment or grease it with margarine and sprinkle with flour. The classic form for cupcakes is square, or round with a cutout in the middle. If desired, use small portioned tins for muffins (in this case, their baking time will be reduced to about 20-30 minutes). Pour the dough into a mold, smooth it with a spoon.

  5. Put the cake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes. The baking time depends on the capacity of your oven. From time to time, check that the cake is ready with a knife or toothpick - it should bake well. If the toothpick still has a little raw dough, then you should hold it a little longer in the oven.
    Cupcake is baked for almost an hour.
  6. When ready, remove the cupcake from the oven. Allow to cool, after which it can be served to the table. Enjoy your meal!
