Ingredients

Sour cream 200 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Potato starch 2 tbsp. l
Wheat flour 1.5-2 stack.
Sugar 1 stack
Baking powder 2 tsp
Vanilla sugar 15 g
Butter 1 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp

Step cooking

  1. To make a cupcake on sour cream, you will need two deep bowls. In one bowl, mix 1.5-2 stacks. wheat flour previously sifted through a sieve, 2 tsp. baking powder and 2 tbsp. l potato starch. Potato starch can be replaced with corn starch. Mix the dry ingredients well with a whisk.
    Mix flour with starch.
  2. Combine 3 eggs, 1 stack in a separate bowl. sugar, 0.5 tsp salt.
    Add salt and sugar to the eggs.
  3. Beat well with a mixer until smooth. Beat for 5-7 minutes, the mass should lighten and increase in volume.

  4. Add 200 g of sour cream and 15 g of vanilla sugar to the liquid mixture. Mix well until smooth.

  • Instead of one large form, you can use portioned small molds, which should be filled 1/3.
