Step cooking

  1. Break 4 eggs into a deep bowl. Add 1 cup sugar and ¼ tsp. vanilla sugar. Beat everything with a mixer or whisk.
    Beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer.
  2. Add 1 cup of sour cream to the bowl and beat well again.
    Add sour cream to the egg mass.
  3. In the resulting mixture pour 2 tbsp. l starch, 1.5 tsp baking powder and 2 cups sifted flour. Gently mix everything in a bowl, and then whisk with a mixer.
    Add starch, baking powder and flour to the liquid components.
  4. We take out the mixer and check the consistency of the mass. It should drain smoothly from the whisk and be slightly shiny. If the dough turned out to be too liquid - add a little more flour and whisk again.
    Beat the dough with a mixer.
  5. Pour 2-3 tbsp into the finished dough. l chocolate drops. They can be replaced with any other filling to taste (raisins, chopped nuts, etc.). Mix the mixture well.
    Put chocolate drops in the finished dough.
  6. We take out the cake pan and pour a little vegetable oil into it. Gently lubricate the bottom and walls of the mold with a silicone brush.
    Grease a cake pan with vegetable oil.
  7. We turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. Pour the dough into a greased form, evenly distributing it inside.

  8. We send the filled form into the preheated oven and leave for 40-45 minutes. At the same time, it is worth checking the cake periodically for readiness. We take out the finished cupcake from the oven and leave it in shape for 10 minutes. This is done so that it cools down a little, and it is easier to get it.
    About 10 minutes, the cake should stand still in shape.
  9. Put the cupcake on a flat dish. If desired, you can decorate it with sugar powder on top. It will also make it sweeter.
