Important! Since the dough for the chocolate muffin is made very quickly, before mixing the ingredients, you need to turn on the oven to heat to the maximum.
  1. Drive four chicken eggs into a large, deep bowl and pour 150 ml of milk.
    We beat the eggs in a bowl and add milk.
  2. To the contents of the bowl add 0.5 tsp. salt and pour 320 g of granulated sugar.
    Add salt and sugar.
  3. Without stirring, add a little vanillin to the sugar (to taste) and put all the flour at once - 320 g.
    Add flour to the bowl as well.
  4. There, send 70 g of cocoa powder.
    After the flour, add cocoa.
  5. Thoroughly mix the components with a mixer into a homogeneous mixture.
    Beat the dough with a mixer until smooth.
  6. Melt over low heat or in a water bath 200 g butter. Pour melted (slightly warm, but not hot!) Butter into the chocolate mixture.
    Put melted butter into the dough.
  7. Mix the components with a mixer, and at the very last moment pour 1.5 tsp. baking powder.
    Last add baking powder to the dough.
  8. Set the silicone mold on a baking sheet, having previously lubricated the bottom and sides from the inside for 1 tsp. vegetable oil. Pour the finished dough into the mold.

  9. Set the oven temperature to 170 ° C. Bake for 60 minutes, and after the lapse of time check the readiness of the chocolate dough with a dot (or match). If necessary, bake a cupcake in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
    It is convenient to bake a cupcake in silicone form.
  10. When the cupcake cools down a bit, remove it from the mold, put it on a serving plate and sprinkle 2-3 tbsp on top. l powdered sugar.
    You can decorate a cupcake with cocoa with powdered sugar and berries.
