Step cooking

  1. Beat 3 chicken eggs with sugar (150 g) and a bag of vanilla sugar using a mixer until thick foam.
    Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer.
  2. Pour 100 ml of refined sunflower oil, as well as 200 ml of milk. Mix everything lightly.
    Add vegetable oil and milk to the egg mass.
  3. Sift through a sieve 300 g of wheat flour, add 4 grams of baking powder and with a mixer bring the mass to a homogeneous state.
    Add the flour. the baking powder and the mixer bring the dough to homogeneity.
  4. Divide the dough into two equal parts, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to one of them and stir.
    Dividing the dough in half, add cocoa in one part and mix.
  5. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and alternately pour white and dark dough. If you use a silicone mold, then you can not lubricate it. If desired, draw a pattern on the surface with a wooden skewer.
    In a greased baking dish, alternately pour the white and chocolate dough.
  6. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius, send the dough in the form for 40-50 minutes to bake there. To check the cake’s readiness, it is necessary to pierce it with a skewer: if the tip of a wooden stick turned out to be wet, then it has not yet been baked.
