  • a baking sheet;

Ingredients

Flour 0.2-0.25 kg
Egg 1 PC.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sugar 80 g
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Salt 1 pinch
Vanillin 2 g
Milk 150-200 ml
Boiled condensed milk 0.5 cans

Step cooking

  1. Break an egg into a bowl for dough, add a little salt - you will need a literal pinch of salt.
    We beat the egg in a bowl, add it.
  2. In 80 g of sugar add a bag of vanillin (2 g), and pour it all over to the egg.
    Add sugar.
  3. Pour 100 ml of vegetable oil.
    Add vegetable oil immediately.
  4. Add 150-200 ml of milk.
    We introduce milk into the mass.
  5. Beat the mixer thoroughly until smooth. If the mixer is not at hand - you can use the usual whisk.
    Beat the mass with a mixer.
  6. In 0.2-0.25 kg of flour, add 1 tsp. baking powder, mix, sift.
    Combine flour with baking powder and sift.
  7. Pour flour and baking powder into the mixture in parts, kneading the dough with a mixer.
    Beat the dough with a mixer until smooth.
  8. We lay out the dough in silicone molds, filling them in a third of the volume. If your molds are not made of silicone, grease them with vegetable oil.
    In a silicone mold we spread part of the dough.
  9. On top of the dough, spread the boiled condensed milk - about a teaspoon.
    Put a spoonful of condensed milk on the dough.
  10. We place a little more dough on the condensed milk, level it. It should be noted that when baking, the cupcakes will rise, so you should not spread the dough to the edges of the form.
    Cover the condensed milk with a spoon of dough.
  11. Preheat the oven to 180-200ºС. Put the molds on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes. The readiness of the cupcakes can be checked with a toothpick: if it is dry, the baking is ready.

Useful information

  • Of course, boiled condensed milk is not the only filling for such muffins. You can safely use jam, jam, berries or fruits, berry or fruit puree, homemade caramel, cream or chocolate, raisins or dried fruits, nuts or seeds. It all depends on your addictions and fantasies.
