Step cooking

  1. First you need to get 100 g of butter from the refrigerator, cut it into square pieces and let it warm at room temperature. Now we take a deep plate, put 100 g of dark dark chocolate in it and, stirring constantly, melt it in a water bath. If you are fond of sweeter fillings, you can use milk chocolate or chocolate with a lower cocoa content.
    Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  2. After the tile has completely melted, add 150 g of sugar to it.
    Add sugar to the chocolate.
  3. Mix and remove from the water bath. We leave the mixture of chocolate and sugar to stand for about 15 minutes at room temperature.
    Mix the chocolate with sugar.
  4. After the mixture has cooled slightly, add 100 g of softened butter to it and combine it with chocolate until a homogeneous mass is formed.
    Add soft butter to the chocolate mass.
  5. Next, take 3 chicken eggs, beat them a little with a whisk and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
    Beat eggs separately and put them into the dough.
  6. Sift 70 g of flour through a sieve and add it to the resulting chocolate mixture.
    Last add flour.
  7. We try to get a homogeneous dough without lumps.
    Mix the dough until smooth.
  8. We put the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. We take out a baking sheet with recesses for cupcakes, put a paper mold in each of them and evenly distribute the finished dough over them. You can also use a silicone mold, then you will not need paper blanks.
    Having put paper inserts in the cupcake molds, fill them with dough.
  9. We send future cupcakes to the preheated oven for 7 minutes.
