  • Starch - 4 pinches
  • Bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch
  • Ginger - 10 g
  • Chili pepper - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Tomato paste - 2 tsp.
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp. l
  • Canned Pineapple - 50 g
  • Sesame oil - 20 ml

Step cooking

  1. Cut the pork into small pieces and transfer to a deep bowl. Cut the pork into small pieces.

  14. Take the pan and pour some vegetable oil into it. Warm it up well. Add the previously created mixture of ginger, pepper and garlic to the warmed oil. Stir everything gradually. in a pan, fry in oil a mixture of ginger, garlic and chili.
  15. Add pepper and onion to the hot ingredients. Add sweet pepper and onion to the pan.
  16. Also pour 2 tsp. tomato paste. Mix everything. Add tomato paste to the vegetables.
  17. Next, add to the roasting composition 3 tbsp. l sugar and mix. Add sugar, mix.
  18. Add 20-30 ml of soy sauce and 50 ml of warm water. Add soy sauce and warm water to the pan to vegetables.
  19. Take the meat and heat it again in a saucepan. We warm the meat again in a saucepan with butter.
  20. In a pan with vegetables, add 50 g canned pineapple. Add canned pineapples to the sauce with vegetables.
  21. Pour 1 pinch of starch into a separate container, add 50 ml of water to it and mix everything. we breed starch in water.
  22. Pour the starch composition into the pan with the sauce to slightly thicken it. Introduce starch into vegetable sauce.
  23. Put the meat warmed up in the saucepan in a container with a napkin, and from the napkin send the meat straight to the cooked sauce. Spread the meat in the sauce.
  24. Mix everything and turn off the hotplate. Mix the ingredients well.
  25. Before serving, pour cilantro into a dish and 20 ml of sesame oil. Mix everything. Add cilantro to an almost ready dish.
