  • Prepare all the necessary ingredients. The first thing to do is bring 1.5 l of water to a boil and cool in the refrigerator. This is necessary so that by the time water is added to the okroshka, it is cold. Rinse and boil 300 g of potatoes and 5 eggs until tender.
  • Rinse greens under running water, rinse 350 g of cucumbers and 140 g of radish and remove tails.
  • Cool potatoes and eggs and peel.
