Ingredients

Cottage cheese 700 g
Semolina 100 g
Milk 100 ml
Chicken egg 4 things.
Sugar 150 g
Sour cream 25% fat 100 g
Butter for mold lubrication

Step cooking

  1. Pour 100 g of semolina into a small bowl.
    Pour semolina into a bowl.
  2. In the same bowl we pour 100 ml of milk. Mix the milk with semolina thoroughly with a spoon and leave the bowl to the side.
    Pour the semolina with milk, mix and leave to swell.
  3. We take 4 chicken eggs and separate the yolks from the proteins.
    We divide eggs into proteins and yolks.
  4. Proteins are placed in a deep container and beat with a mixer until a white lush mass is formed. Then we add 150 g of sugar to the whipped proteins and continue to beat the contents of the container with a mixer until white stable peaks form.
    Beat whites with sugar until persistent peaks.
  5. In another deep container we place 700 g of cottage cheese. Add to it the yolks from chicken eggs, swollen semolina with milk and 100 g of sour cream.
    Add the yolks, sour cream and swollen semolina to the curd.
  6. Beat the curd with a blender to a creamy state.
    We interrupt the curd mass with a blender.
  7. Then add whipped proteins with sugar to it. Mix everything together.
    We introduce whipped proteins into the curd mass.
  8. Lightly grease the baking dish with soft butter. We spread the curd dough in the form. We put the form in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes (the casserole should be well browned).
    We shift the curd into a greased form.
  9. After a specified period of time, we take out the casserole from the oven, let it cool slightly, and then remove it from the mold. Cut the casserole into portioned pieces and proceed to the meal. Enjoy your meal!
