Ingredients

Chicken fillet 500 g (2 pcs.)
Chicken legs 500 g (2 pcs.)
Milk 200 ml
White bread (for minced meat) 300 g
Butter 80 g
Salt 1 - 2 tbsp. l
Vegetable oil 100 ml

Step cooking

  1. To prepare crackers, cut bread into thin slices, before peeling it from the crust. Cut the slices into small cubes and pour them on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180º, put the baked bread for 5 - 7 minutes until golden brown.

  2. To prepare the bread that will be used in minced meat, repeat the manipulations made earlier - peel and cut the bread into thin slices. Pour the crushed bread into the bowl and pour milk for 15 - 20 minutes.

    Important!In this recipe, two parts of the chicken are used - chicken legs and fillets, to give mince to juiciness. If you use only the loin, there is a risk that the cutlets get dry.
