  8. We make medium sized meatballs from the minced meat. It is better to make them the same so that they are evenly cooked. Several times we form a ball from them, and then a flat cake so that the minced meat sticks better and excess air comes out of it.

  9. To make a delicious crust, roll the meat blanks in flour, which is preferable, or breadcrumbs.
