  • Pumpkin - 400 g
  • Onions - 1/2 pcs.
  • Milk - half a cup
  • Fresh ginger - 1/2 tsp.
  • Garlic - 1-2 cloves
  • Ground cinnamon - a pinch
  • Nutmeg - a pinch
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Thyme - to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Bacon - 2-3 slices
  • Grated hard cheese - to complement
  • Chives - to taste
  • Carrots (small) - 1 pc.
  • Sour cream - 1 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. Cook chicken or vegetable broth in advance. You need to cook the broth in advance.
  2. Wash the pumpkin, cut and peel the seeds and fibers. Cut into slices and peel the skins. Cut into small squares. The smaller we chop the pumpkin, the faster it will boil. peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces.
