Red Beans (Boiled) 500 g
Onions (large) 2 pcs.
Garlic 4 cloves
Red bell pepper 1 PC.
Ground black pepper 1 tsp or to taste
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp. l
Suneli hops 1 tsp
Water 200 ml

Step cooking

Pre boil the beans. Soak red dry beans for at least 4 hours. Soaking will reduce the cooking time of the beans and make them softer. After time, rinse the beans in several waters and place in a pan. Add water three times more beans and bring to a boil. From the moment of boiling, cook the beans over high heat, and then reduce the heat to a minimum and cook until cooked. Depending on the variety of beans, this will take 1.5-2.5 hours. At the end of cooking, salt the beans.

  1. Peel and finely chop the garlic (4 cloves) with a knife.

  2. Red pepper (1 piece), peel the seeds and the stalk and grind into small cubes.
