  • Bell pepper - 3-4 pcs.
  • Cauliflower - 2 small heads of cabbage
  • Cherry Tomatoes - 300-400 g
  • Tomatoes - 2 kg
  • Fresh cucumbers - 4 pcs.
  • Squash - 400 g
  • Carrots - 1-2 pcs.
  • Hot pepper - 2 slices
  • Water - 4 + 2 + 2 L
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Onions - 2-3 pcs.
  • Bay leaf –2 leaves
  • Carnation - 4 pcs.
  • Allspice - 8 peas
  • Black pepper - 8 peas
  • Mustard seeds - 1 pinch
  • Currant leaves - 4 leaves
  • Horseradish leaves - 2 pcs.
  • Dill stalks - 6 pcs.
  • Cherry leaves - 6 pcs.
  • Parsley root - 1 pc.

  • Horseradish root - 2 small rings
  • Fresh parsley - 1 bunch
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Salt - 100 g
  • Vinegar 9% - 180 ml

  1. First of all, you need to prepare all the vegetables for seaming. You can use any vegetables that you like, while controlling the proportions yourself. It is important that there are more tomatoes, as it is a natural preservative. Zucchini in the amount of 2-3 pcs. cut into rings 1.5-2 cm thick. Preparing canning for the winter
  2. We clear a couple of bell peppers from a seed box and cut into slices. Carrots are also cut into medium slices. It will be enough 1-2 carrots. Cauliflower is well suited for mixed vegetables for the winter. In total, approximately 2 small heads of cabbage will be required. We divide the cauliflower into inflorescences and put it in a pan. We also send chopped zucchini and about 400 g squash. If the latter have tails, then we must remove them. In a teapot we boil 3 liters of water and pour vegetables in a saucepan with boiling water.   3. In a separate bowl, add the chopped carrots and fill it with about 500 ml of boiling water as well. add pepper
  4. Peel 1 head of garlic from husks and put the cloves in a separate bowl. Pour peeled garlic cloves with 200 ml of boiling water. We cut 2-3 onions in large rings and put them in a deep plate. Onions also need to pour 300 ml of boiling water so that it is not so bitter. pour boiling water onion
  5. While vegetables are prepared and settled in boiling water, we take 2 clean glass jars of 3 l each. At the bottom of each jar we put 1 bay leaf, 2 cloves, 4 allspice peas and 4 peppercorns. If you have mustard seeds, you can add a pinch to each jar. prepare the dishes
  6. In each jar, we also add 2 sheets of currant, a leaf of horseradish, 3 stalks of dill. In each jar, it is also necessary to put 3 cherry leaves.   11. In a pan with water we put 200 g of sugar and 100 g of table salt. We wait until the marinade boils. From time to time, everything needs to be stirred so that the salt with sugar dissolves more quickly. Pour 90 ml of vinegar 9% into each jar. A total of 180 ml of product is required. When the brine in the pan boils, pour it into each jar. We close each jar with a lid and roll it using a special rolling key.
