You can not twist the skin, and the fillets and hips are perfect for delicious minced meat. Stuffing is put in a deep bowl, add one teaspoon of salt, 1/3 teaspoon of ground pepper. In one chicken egg, we separate the protein from the yolk and add it to the minced meat. We leave the yolk, it will come in handy later. Mix the minced meat.
