Boiled buckwheat 500 g
Chopped meat 200 g
Onion 1-2 pcs.
Wheat flour 1-2 tbsp. l
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. l
Salt pepper pinch
Bay leaf 1-2 pcs.

  1. For the preparation of buckwheat, you will need 500 g of already boiled buckwheat. To do this, take 200 g of raw buckwheat and bring to readiness in salted water in a ratio of 2: 1. Moreover, it is better to digest the cereals a little - in this state the cutlets will come out juicier.

To do this, you need 200 g of pork (you can use absolutely any part), 2 onions, 4 chicken eggs, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of breadcrumbs, also add salt, pepper and bay leaf. On this, the list of ingredients for stuffing is over. You can add your favorite spices to your taste.
