Ingredients
- Zucchini - 7 pcs.
- Stale bread - 3-4 slices
- Garlic - 3-4 pcs.
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Hot red pepper - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Oil to taste
Step cooking
- We wash the zucchini, cut the stalk and rub on a grater.
- Grind the bread in a blender until crumbs.
- Squeeze the garlic through a press.
- Add salt to the zucchini and mix.
- Leave the squash for 15-20 minutes.
- Squeeze the salt from the zucchini.
- In a bowl of zucchini, add a crumb of bread, garlic, eggs and spices.
- Mix.
- We heat the pan with plenty of oil.
- We form cutlets from the mixture and fry in a pan on both sides until cooked. Done!
