Step cooking

  1. Soak 400 g of red beans in cold water in advance overnight, it will swell and increase in volume. Then drain all the water and rinse the beans under running water.
    It is desirable to pre-soak the beans.
  2. Place the beans in a pan and pour fresh cold water on it. For 400 g of beans you will need about 6 glasses of water. Put the pot with beans on a small fire and bring to a boil. Then drain the liquid again and pour fresh cold water in the same proportions. Boil the beans over low heat for about 1 hour without covering the pan with a lid. Also, do not mix the beans during cooking, so that it does not turn into porridge.
    Fill the beans with water and set to cook.
  3. Add to the beans 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil, thus, the beans will become softer. About 5 minutes before cooking, salt the beans to taste.
    In the process of cooking, salt the beans, add a spoonful of vegetable oil.
  4. While the beans are boiling, prepare onions and herbs. Peel one onion, rinse and cut into thin half rings.

  5. Rinse parsley thoroughly and chop finely with a knife.

  9. Then add black and red ground pepper to taste to all the ingredients. Spices you can choose at your discretion. In addition to pepper, suneli hops and coriander are well suited.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Add chopped greens to the beans and stir so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Ready beans are very aromatic and tasty.
