  1. Large tiger shrimps or langoustines (1 kg) are previously thawed if necessary. They do not need to be cleaned from the shell.
    If the shrimp were frozen, you need to defrost them, rinse.
  2. Peel 3-4 garlic cloves, thoroughly rinse a piece of ginger root about 2 cm long. Grate both ingredients on a fine grater.

  3. Add chopped ginger, half a teaspoon of dried garlic and salt to taste in a seafood dish, as well as a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, preferably olive. To mix everything. It is recommended to add sea salt.
