Step cooking

  1. Shrimps must be washed before cooking. You can use frozen or fresh, no difference. We took large king prawns, but by the same principle you can make smaller seafood. Whether or not to clean them is up to you. We cooked whole in peel. If desired, they can be boiled. To do this, send them to boiling water, add salt and a few sprigs of dill to make the shrimp fragrant. After boiling, cook for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
    First, wash the shrimp.
  2. Pour them into a colander, rinse under running water. If necessary, we can fill with water, remove all debris that will surface, and drain the water. Repeat this procedure 2-3 times. Then put the washed shrimp on a paper towel, let it dry. Leave the shrimp on paper napkins for 10-15 minutes.
    We shift the washed seafood on paper towels.
  3. We send the pan to the fire, put the shrimp into it and fry it for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally.
    Spread the shrimp in a dry pan and fry for several minutes.
  4. Make the fire small, sprinkle the shrimp with one teaspoon of salt, mix. A lot of salt is not recommended, because soy sauce is also salty. Some chefs think that a small pinch of salt is enough.
    Add some salt.
  5. After adding salt, the shrimp will start juice. Fry them until all the juice has evaporated.

  6. Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fry until the shrimp is browned.Now add the vegetable oil.
  7. Add one teaspoon of shrimp seasoning, mix and fry for another minute.

  8. Add 100 g of soy sauce, simmer the shrimp for another two minutes, stirring constantly.

  9. Peel 4-5 cloves of garlic, chop finely and send to shrimp. Fry them for a couple of minutes and remove from heat.
    At the very end, add chopped garlic.
  10. We shift the finished shrimp onto a serving dish, pour the juice of half a lemon on top, and we can serve it to the table. When serving, sprinkle shrimp with chopped parsley and dill.
    Fried shrimp in soy sauce is very aromatic and juicy.
Of the spices we used grilled langoustines. They are a mixture of spices that blend perfectly with shrimp. If you don’t have such an assortment, you can add a mixture of peppers, ground paprika, ground ginger and coriander. Even such a set will make your shrimp fragrant and delicious.
