Thai chicken - recipe in spicy sauce

Thai chicken - recipe in spicy sauce

Ingredients

Soy sauce 4 tbsp. l
Honey 1 tbsp. l
Garlic 2 cloves
Flour 1 tbsp. l
Curry (seasoning) 2 tsp
Hot red pepper (seasoning) 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. Cut 500 g of chicken into small pieces.
    Cut into pieces chicken
  2. Two medium-sized onions are peeled and shredded in half rings.
    We cut the onion into thin half rings.
  3. Cut the core of one sweet pepper and cut it into thin strips.
    Cut a bell pepper into a thin strip.
  4. To prepare the sauce in a bowl, spread one tablespoon of honey, pour 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, pass two cloves of garlic through a press.
    To make the sauce, mix honey, soy sauce and garlic.
  5. Add spices: two teaspoons of curry and half a teaspoon of red hot pepper. Mix everything and pour 1 tablespoon of flour. Now we change it more carefully so that all the lumps of seasonings and especially the flour are dissolved, and the mass becomes homogeneous.
    Add pepper, paprika, as well as a spoonful of flour and mix.
  6. We put the pan on the stove, heat it, pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and let it heat well.
    We heat the pan, pour the vegetable oil.
  7. We send the chicken to the pan.
    We spread the chicken in a pan.
  8. Fry the slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until a light crust is obtained, then put the prepared meat in a clean bowl.
    Fry the chicken for just a few minutes on both sides and transfer it to a bowl for a while.
  9. In the same pan, fry the onions and peppers until the onions are transparent.
    Instead of chicken, we now spread vegetables in a frying pan and fry until the onions are transparent.
  10. Add previously fried chicken and prepared sauce to the pan with vegetables.
    When the onion becomes transparent, shift the chicken to it and add the sauce.
  11. Mix everything thoroughly and cover with a lid. Leave to simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. During this time, periodically lift the lid and mix the contents.
    Cook the dish for another 10 minutes, stirring.
  12. After 10 minutes, the dish is ready. It's time to talk about how and with what to submit it.
    Thai chicken wonderfully complement a variety of side dishes.
