The article presents a simple recipe according to which you will learn how to bake delicious chicken with cauliflower in the oven. The cooking process is described in detail and at each stage there is a photo, so you can easily repeat such a dish in your kitchen. Cream 35% fat 150-170 g

Bell pepper 1/4 pcs
Garlic 3 cloves
Fresh dill 5-6 branches
Mozzarella cheese 80-100 g

Step cooking

  1. First you need to make out 1 head of cauliflower for inflorescences. To do this, use a sharp kitchen knife.
    We divide cauliflower into inflorescences.
  2. Pour 1.5-2 liters of water into a small pan and shift the pieces of cauliflower. Bring to a boil over medium heat, salt vegetables to taste, and after boiling, boil for 5-8 minutes.

  3. While preparing cauliflower, we can do the cooking of the sauce. To do this, put 150-170 g cream of 35% fat in a deep plate.
    Put the cream in the bowl.
  4. Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic and 5-6 branches of fresh dill. Add the ingredients to a bowl of cream. Season the cream with herbs 1 tsp. dried garlic and add the same amount of paprika. All mix well with a teaspoon or a tablespoon.

  5. Chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Such a quantity of ingredients will require 1 large chicken fillet weighing about 500-600 g.

  6. Chop a quarter of bell pepper in small strips. The thickness of the chopped straws should be approximately 3-4 mm.

  8. When the cauliflower is ready, drain the excess liquid using a colander.

  9. We shift the slightly boiled cauliflower into a baking dish. On top of cauliflower, spread the resulting creamy sauce. Since the cream is quite thick, it is difficult to evenly distribute them across all vegetables. Do not worry about it, during baking, the cream will dissolve and be distributed throughout the whole form.

  10. On a creamy sauce and cauliflower, spread the chicken slices on top.
    Next, add the pieces of chicken.
  11. Spread chopped bell pepper. If you have other vegetables at home, for example, zucchini or tomato.
    We lay the paprika straws on top.
  12. On top of vegetables, lay the feta cubes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and set the cauliflower and chicken fillet to bake for 20-30 minutes. It is important that chicken is well baked during this time, as the rest of the products are ready to eat.

  13. Cut 80-100 g of mozzarella cheese into small pieces. After 20 minutes, we take out the form from the oven and spread on top of all the ingredients slices of mozzarella and finely chopped 2-3 branches of green onions. We send the dish to the oven for another 5-10 minutes so that the cheese melts well.
    We are improving the almost finished dish by adding mozzarella.
  14. After 5-10 minutes, the dish is completely ready. The chicken fillet is tasty and tender, and the cauliflower remains juicy. You can serve such a dish on your own or with any side dish to your liking.
