You will need

  • 600 g chicken liver;
  • 1 large onion;
  • large green apple;
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • sunflower oil;
  • honey;
  • balsamic vinegar.

  1. Rinse the liver under running water and dry with paper towels.
  2. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  3. Sauté the slices over high heat without salt until a brown crust appears and lay them on the dish.
  4. Prepare salt powder - to do this, grind the salt in a coffee grinder or any other grinder. This trick is necessary to maintain the maximum juiciness of the liver - if you salt it before frying, it will become stiff. If, as in this case, first fry the meat without salt, the golden crust “clogs” the juice from the inside, while maintaining the softness of the meat. To make the liver salted not only outside but also inside, sprinkle the prepared pieces with salt powder.
  5. Thinly chop the onion and fry it in the butter left in the pan.
  6. Slice the apple into small slices.

  8. Prepare the sauce - mix a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, four tablespoons of soy sauce and a teaspoon of honey.
  9. In the pan for apples and onions, add the already slightly cooled liver and pour the sauce on the prepared dish.
  10. Lightly fry the resulting mixture, stirring it constantly.
  11. After turning off the burner, hold the dish on the stove for another 5-10 minutes - let the ingredients soak in the sauce well.

To cook chicken liver with apples and wine, take:

  • 650 g of chicken liver;
  • 200 ml of red semisweet wine;
  • 3 large apples;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • sugar and salt to taste;
  • Sesame is white.

Cooking

  1. Rinse the chicken liver and divide it into several parts, remembering to cut the film and excess fat, then roll it in flour.
  2. Chop the onion finely and begin to fry the onions over low heat.
  3. Put the liver in the same pan and fry the meat on both sides until a golden crust appears.
  4. Pour in three quarters of a glass of red wine and simmer the liver under the lid for about 10 minutes. During this time, the strong smell of alcohol will evaporate, and the meat will be saturated with a light wine taste.
  5. In these 10 minutes, wash the apples with warm water and cut them into thin slices.
  6. In a separate frying pan with preheated frying oil, put the apples and lightly sprinkle them with sugar to start the caramelization process.
  7. Check the readiness of apples with a fork - when the apples are finally softened, add the remaining wine to them and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
The dish is served as follows: put apples on a plate in a circle, place a liver in the center of the slide. You can pour the sauce remaining in the pan after frying and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  5. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.
  6. Then put the slow cooker into the quenching mode and pour white wine into the liver. Put apple plates on top, close the lid of the appliance and simmer for 10 minutes.
