Ingredients

Onion 2 pcs.
Chicken liver 300 g
Sour cream 20% 150 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l
Salt taste
Ground black pepper taste

Step cooking

  1. Onions (2 pcs.) Peel, wash and cut into small cubes with a sharp knife. Put the chopped onion aside.

  2. Take the chicken liver (300 g) and cut it into medium sized pieces.
    Prepare the ingredients for cooking.
  3. We put the pan on fire, heat it up and add a little (about 1 tbsp.) Vegetable oil to it.

  4. Then put chopped onions in a pan, mix it with a spatula and fry until light golden.

  5. When the onion is browned, add the chopped chicken liver to it and fry it for 10 minutes, periodically mixing the entire contents of the pan.

  6. After a specified period of time, add to the pan 150 g of sour cream of 20% fat, as well as salt and black pepper to taste.
