Ingredients

Chicken wings 1 - 1.5 kg
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l
Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l
Honey 1 - 2 tbsp. l
Garlic 3 cloves
Salt pepper taste
Spices for chicken 1 tsp
Ground paprika 1/3 tsp

Step cooking

  1. Wash and dry chicken wings. The larger your wings will be, the fatter and juicier they will turn out.
    We wash and dry the chicken wings.
  2. In order to make the wings crispy and fragrant, they must first be marinated. Let's start cooking the marinade. In a deep bowl to combine - 2 tbsp. l honey, 2 tbsp. l tomato paste, 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
    For marinade, mix tomato paste, vegetable oil and honey.

    Important! To make the marinade more aromatic, do not add a lot of vegetable oil. It is believed that the most harmonious marinade is obtained if the ratio of oil to acid is 1: 1.
  3. Then squeeze 3 cloves of garlic, add 1 tsp. seasoning for chicken, 1/3 tsp ground paprika, add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Each wing must be cut into joints in three parts. The tip of the wing is better not to use, as it is thin and will burn in the oven.

  6. Send the chopped wings to the marinade and mix well so that each piece is coated with the marinade and soaked.
    Spread the wings in the marinade, mix.
  7. Then cover the bowl with cling film or a lid and refrigerate. The optimum pickling time in a cold place is 60 minutes. For quick pickling, the wings should be left at room temperature, then the pickling time will be reduced to 20 minutes.
    Leave the wings to marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  8. The baking sheet should be covered with foil and greased with vegetable oil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
    We cover the baking sheet with foil, grease it with vegetable oil.
  9. Put well-pickled wings on a baking sheet in one layer and send to the oven to a medium level. Baking time 25-30 minutes.
    We spread the wings on a baking sheet so that they do not touch each other, and send to the oven.
