Step cooking
- We take 8 chicken legs, in our case it’s shanks, wash them under running water, debug them to the side, and proceed to the preparation of the marinade.
- Peel the garlic, wash it under the tap. Four cloves finely cut on a cutting board.
- My ginger root under the tap with cold water, cut into thin slices.
- Put garlic in a separate container, add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and olive oil, put one tablespoon of chopped ginger and a tablespoon of sugar there.
- Stir and put shanks in this sauce, mix again, send to the refrigerator. Shins should be in the marinade for about an hour, you only need to periodically mix them, taking out of the refrigerator.
- Chicken drumstick marinated, begin to fry it. In a slow cooker, pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- We send the drumstick there, turn on the frying mode and fry for 10 minutes, so that a pink crust begins to appear.
- Now we pour the sauce in the slow cooker in which the shank was marinated, switch the frying mode to the baking mode and turn on the time - half an hour.
- After half an hour, the culinary product can be served.
Cutting off a slice of the prepared meat and tasting it, you will find out how sweet white meat with brackish skin blends well. We do not add salt, as soy sauce is quite salty, the meat was salted due to it.
