Ingredients

Chicken legs 10 pieces.
Egg 1 PC.
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 0.5 tsp
Olive oil 2-3 tbsp. l
Fresh (Dried) Garlic 2 cloves (2 pinches)
Puff pastry 250 g

Step cooking

  1. First, prepare the chicken legs. Take 10 pieces, rinse with running water, dry. Then remove from each skin. To do this, make a cut of the skin with a knife and remove it completely.
    We remove the skin from the chicken drumsticks.
  2. We put the legs in a deep bowl, add salt and black pepper to taste, mix everything. Then add the garlic. We can use dried or fresh. If fresh, then chop 2 cloves of garlic with the garlic and send to the meat. If dried, it will be enough to sprinkle with two pinches and mix well.
    Add salt, garlic to the legs and mix.
  3. We send the pan to the fire, pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, let it heat, spread the legs.
    Spread the legs in a pan and fry.
  4. Fry over medium heat on both sides with a closed lid. Then we get the meat, put it on a plate, let it cool. We can cover the plate with a paper towel to remove excess fat from the legs.
    Fry the legs until golden brown.
  5. While the meat is cooling, prepare the dough. If you use frozen, you must first thaw it. Roll it with a layer of medium thickness, cut into strips, about two centimeters wide.
    Roll the puff pastry thinly and cut into thin strips.
  6. Now we take a leg and a layer of dough, starting from the bone, wrap the dough with a spiral over the entire shin, making an overlap.
    Gently wrap each chicken drumstick with a strip of dough.
  7. We cut small strips of foil and wrap the hip bone with them. How to do it right, you can look at the photo.

  8. We send the chicken egg to the bowl and beat to combine the protein with the yolk. We spread the legs in the baking dish on the baking sheet, grease them with a beaten egg on top, and send them to the oven. Bake at a temperature of 190 degrees 30 minutes.
    We spread the blanks on a baking sheet and grease with whipped yolk.
