Multicooked chicken hearts in sour cream sauce

Using the simple recipe described in the article, you can easily cook tender chicken hearts in a slow cooker with sour cream. Multicooked chicken hearts in sour cream sauce

Kitchen appliances and utensils:

  • slow cooker;
  • a knife for meat;
  • cutting board for meat products;
  • culinary spatula, wooden, silicone or plastic heat-resistant.

Ingredients

Chicken Hearts 800 g
Large onions 2 pcs.
Sour cream with a fat content of 15% 100 ml
Vegetable oil 40 ml
Ground black pepper pinch
Common salt taste
Green dill (small bunch)
Water 500-600 ml

Step cooking

  1. Peel the onion (2 pcs.). Cut the onion into small cubes.
    Chop onions.
  2. Turn on the “fry” mode in the multiquark, set the cooking time to 7 minutes. Pour vegetable oil (40 ml) into the multicooker container. Pour the chopped onion into the butter. Do not close the cooker lid.
    We spread the chopped onions in a slow cooker.
  3. Fry the onions, stirring the culinary wooden spatula, until golden brown (it will take 5 to 7 minutes). Turn off the fry mode.
    Fry the onion until golden, and then turn off the frying mode.
  4. Wash the hearts well (800 g). Remove fat, blood clots, and blood vessel debris from the hearts. Cut the hearts in half. Rinse the treated by-product well again under running water.
    We remove blood clots, fat, blood vessels from hearts.
  5. Add hearts to the multicooker bowl, salt to taste, pepper (pinch).
    Add hearts to the onion in the multicooker.
  6. Put sour cream (100 ml). Adding sour cream gives the offal a delicate creamy taste, reveals their aroma and makes the hearts more tender.
    Add sour cream to the slow cooker.
  7. Pour warm water (500-600 ml) into the offal. Water should cover the hearts.
    Fill the components of the dish with water so that it covers them.
  8. Select the "multi-cook" option. Set the “stewing” (or “soup”) mode to 120 ° С, set the cooking time on the timer for 55 minutes. Close the cover of the multicooker.
    It will take 55 minutes to prepare the dish.
  9. Turn on the slow cooker. Wash the dill greens (a small bunch). Finely chop the dill. After cooking time, add chopped dill to the finished hearts. Close the lid of the multicooker for another 2-3 minutes so that the greens rumble.
    As you can see, cooking chicken hearts in a slow cooker is not difficult at all.

Serve hearts stewed in a multicooker with any side dish: buckwheat, rice, potatoes, millet, pasta, salads and other side dishes. Chicken hearts stewed in sour cream are perfectly combined with any side dishes. If desired, cook stew from hearts, put rice or potatoes in slices in the multicooker bowl (cooking time and ingredients in this case must be adjusted).
