Step cooking

  1. We rinse one bell pepper, remove the stalk and seeds, cut in half and cut into thin strips. Pepper is better to use red or half red and half yellow to make the finished dish look beautiful.
    Cut the bell pepper into strips.
  2. We rinse the medium-sized carrots, peel, cut into thin strips. If you wish, you can grate the carrots on a coarse grater or on a grater for Korean carrots.
    We also cut carrots with straws.
  3. We clean the middle onion, rinse, cut into thin half rings.
    Grind the onion.
  4. 400 g chicken fillet is also cut into thin strips.
    Chop the chicken.
  5. We put a pot of water on the fire, let it boil. Add a teaspoon of salt and send the udon noodles. There are proportions that are recommended to stick with when cooking pasta. 100 g of pasta and 10 g of salt are added per liter of water. We boil 250 g of noodles, which means we need 2.5 liters of water and 25 g of salt. After the noodles boil, boil it for 3-4 minutes, discard in a colander, rinse with running water. Cooking times for each noodle variety may vary. Therefore, follow the instructions on the packaging.
    We put udon noodles to cook.
  6. We put the pan on the fire, add two tablespoons of vegetable oil, let it warm. Pour pieces of chicken and fry for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring regularly.
    Fry the chicken fillet until golden brown.
  7. Add the onions and fry for a couple more minutes.
    Add onion to the chicken fillet, mix.
  8. Then add the carrots, mix.
    Next, add carrots to the pan.
  9. After a minute, add the bell pepper, fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    We spread the bell pepper.
  10. Pour 75 g (half of the whole portion) of teriyaki sauce, mix and fry for a couple of minutes. Vegetables should stay a little crunchy.
    Add part of the sauce.
  11. Pour the noodles into the pan, pour 75 g of teriyaki sauce on top, stir and fry for a couple more minutes. After that we can serve.
    We spread noodles to vegetables with chicken, add the remaining sauce.
  12. Pour into portioned plates, sprinkle with chopped herbs and sesame seeds on top.
    Wok noodles with chicken will be more effective when served if sprinkled with greens and sesame seeds.

Instead of teriyaki sauce, you can use ordinary soy or cook garlic, homemade. To do this, put a stewpan with a thick bottom on the fire, pour 150 g of soy sauce into it.
