Ingredients

Chopped tomatoes 400 g
Lasagna Sheets 8 pcs
Milk 400 ml
Butter 60 g
Flour 2 tbsp. l
Cheese 150 g

Squash 1 PC.
Nutmeg ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Dry red wine 70 ml
Vegetable oil taste

Step cooking

  1. We put the pan on the stove and heat it. Add vegetable oil, let it heat and spread the minced meat.
    First, put the minced meat in the pan.
  2. Fry the minced meat, stirring constantly with a spatula. Minced meat is fried until half cooked over high heat.
    Fry the minced meat.
  3. Set the minced meat aside. We begin to prepare vegetables. We wash and peel all the vegetables. Cut the carrots into small cubes.
    Cut the carrot into a small cube.
  4. We do the same with zucchini. It is important to remove the skin from the zucchini!
    Dice cut peeled zucchini.
  5. Onion is also cut into small pieces.
    Chop the onion too.
  6. Take a pan in which they minced meat or a pan, for example. Heat the pan, pour a little vegetable oil and add the onion. Fry it until transparent for about 1 minute. Do not forget to constantly stir.
    We saute onions in a stewpan.
  7. Add another zucchini and carrots, also fry with onions for about 3-4 minutes, constantly stirring with a spatula.
    Add carrots, zucchini and simmer vegetables together.
  8. Pour the wine into a saucepan and let it evaporate and soak a little into the vegetables. Stir vegetables with wine for about 5 minutes over low heat without a lid, stir constantly.
    Add dry red wine and let it evaporate.
  9. Add the fried minced meat to the vegetables, mix everything well and fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
    Next, add minced meat to the stewpan.
  10. Add tomatoes, pour 100-150 milliliters of water and mix everything well.
    Add tomato paste and water.
  11. We put the pan on the fire, reduce the heat and simmer the sauce for at least one hour. We cover the pan with a lid and periodically look into it. If necessary, add a little water.
    Stew the sauce.
  12. 10 minutes before the sauce is ready, salt it and pepper to taste. Set aside the meat sauce with vegetables to the side and begin to cook the bechamel sauce.
    At the end of cooking, pepper and salt the Bolognese sauce to taste.
  13. For a second sauce, it is advisable to use a stewpan, pan or pan with a thick bottom. We put the pan on medium heat and melt the butter.
    In a stewpan drown butter.
  14. Add flour and mix well. Fry the mixture for 1.5-2 minutes.
    Add flour to the oil and mix.
  15. Pour milk and stir the mixture actively with a mixer or whisk.
    Add milk and mix the sauce with a whisk or mixer.
  16. Warm the sauce and stir it constantly. When the sauce thickens, add a little salt, nutmeg and a little pepper to taste.
    Nutmeg is definitely added to the bechamel sauce.
  17. Now prepare the lasagna baking dish. Lasagna sheets do not need to be boiled in advance. They are perfectly cooked in the oven between two wet sauces. We spread the ingredients in the following order: first, bechamel sauce.
    Grease the bottom of the baking dish with bechamel sauce.
  18. Then sheets of lasagna.
    Next, lay out the sheets of lasagna.
  19. Then the Bolognese sauce (minced meat with vegetables) and cheese.
    The next layer is making Bolognese sauce and sprinkle it all with grated cheese.
