Lasagna with minced meat and Bechamel sauce - a delicious recipe

Lasagna with minced meat and Bechamel sauce - a delicious recipe

Kitchen appliances and utensils:

  • container for mixing ingredients;

  • a baking sheet.

Ingredients

Lasagna dough 30 pcs
Cheese 200 g
Bechamel sauce
Butter 135 g
Wheat flour 135 g
Milk 1,5 l
Nutmeg Taste
Black pepper
Salt 1 tsp
Bolognese Sauce
Stuffing (any) 1 kg
Onion 1 PC.
Celery stalk 2-3 pcs.
Carrot 1-2 pcs.
Tomato sauce 200 g
A tomato 2 pcs.
Black pepper Taste
Salt
Oregano
Dry garlic

Step cooking

  1. Pour water into the pan, bring to a boil. Add to the water 1 tbsp. l salt and 20-30 g of vegetable oil.
    Bring the water in a pan to a boil, salt, add vegetable oil.
  2. Put sheets of lasagna one in a pan and cook for 6-7 minutes. If all the sheets do not fit immediately, cook in two sets.
    We put lasagna sheets in water.
  3. We spread the dough, let it cool to room temperature.
    After boiling the sheets for several minutes, remove them from and let cool.

Bolognese Sauce

  1. Finely chop the celery stalks.
    Grind the stem celery.
  2. We spread in a frying pan or a cauldron preheated and greased with vegetable oil.
    We spread the celery in a preheated cauldron or pan.
  3. Cut the onion and add to the celery, mix.
    Add chopped onion to celery.
  4. Cut the carrots into small cubes.
    We cut a carrot into a small cube.
  5. Pour to vegetables and fry until golden brown.
    Add the carrots to the onion with celery.
  6. Once the vegetables are fried, add the minced meat and mix thoroughly.
    Add minced meat to vegetables, mix.
  7. Salt, pepper, season with dry garlic to taste.
    Season the future Bolognese sauce with spices.
  8. Finely chop the tomatoes and add to the pan, fry for 2-3 minutes.
    Add finely chopped tomatoes.
  9. Pour tomato sauce, mix, stand for 2-3 minutes.
    We season everything with tomato sauce.
  10. Just before turning off the hotplate, add oregano and mix.
    At the end, season with dried garlic bolognese sauce.

Bechamel sauce

  1. Dip the butter in a saucepan and simmer over low heat.
    Melt the butter in a stewpan.
  2. Add flour, mix with a whisk until smooth. Fry for 1 minute.
    Add flour to the butter and quickly brew.
  3. Pour with hot (but not boiling) milk, stir intensively. Cook for 5 minutes, at this time constantly stir the mixture.
    Add milk and whisk the sauce until smooth.
  4. We make sure that no lumps appear - the right Bechamel should be smooth.
    It is important that there are no lumps in the bechamel sauce.
  5. Add 1 tsp. salt, black pepper and nutmeg, mix. When the last ingredient is ready, collect lasagna.
    Be sure to add nutmeg to this sauce.

Food collection

  1. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. We line the bottom layer of sheets of dough. We make two columns of 5 pieces of dough in each.
    Having greased the bottom of the form with olive oil, we spread the sheets of lasagna on it.
  2. Cover with Bechamel sauce.
    Grease a layer of sheets with bechamel sauce.
  3. We spread the Bolognese sauce.
    Next, spread the bolognese sauce.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Sprinkle this layer with grated cheese.
  5. Repeat this sequence again.
    Again, repeat all layers of the dish.
  6. Top with another layer of dough, top with Bechamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover the dish with sheets of lasagna, grease with bechamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and place in the oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
