Cheese 80-150 g
Lasagna Sheets 7-9 pcs.

Tomato 1 PC.
Tomato paste ½ tbsp l
Garlic 1 clove

Step cooking

  1. We wash and clean the chicken legs. Beat the fillet in a blender to the state of small fibers, but not into porridge.
    Grind the chicken to the state of minced meat.
  2. Next, wash the onion and finely chop it.
    We also chop onions.
  3. Rub the tomato on a coarse grater, leaving the peel.

  4. We heat the pan and add the chicken meat there. No need to add oil. Separate the chicken meat well with a spatula and fry in a pan for 5-7 minutes.

  5. We shift the meat to half the pan, add a little vegetable oil to the other empty half, and put the onion there. Fry the onion on one side to a light golden crust.

  14. Pour the milk and begin to stir continuously until the bechamel sauce thickens.

  15. When the sauce thickens, salt and pepper to taste. You can add some spices.

  16. We collect lasagna. To do this, lay out the ingredients in a glass or any other form. First, spread the meat sauce, add bechamel to it and mix well.
    At the bottom of the form, put a little Bolognese sauce and bechamel, mix.
  17. Put lasagna sheets on top. Spread meat sauce and bechamel on top again.
    Next, lay out the sheets of lasagna and cover again with sauces.
  18. Then again the sheets of lasagna and so on to the end.
    Alternate sheets of lasagna and sauces, collecting a dish.
  19. The last layer should be cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
