Minced meat (pork and beef) 800 g
Tomato paste 3 tbsp. l

Butter 100 g
Flour 3 tbsp. l
Milk 350 - 400 ml
Eggs 2 pcs.
Hard cheese 200 - 250 g
Nutmeg on the tip of a knife

Step cooking

Preparing Lasagna Sheets

  1. Pour water into the multicooker pan. It is preferably already boiling or hot, then the sheets weld faster. We set the "Steam cooking" mode. Close the lid. When the steam goes through the holes, it means that the water has boiled.
    We boil water in a slow cooker.
  2. Put 12-14 sheets of lasagna dough on the bottom of the pan, cook until half ready with the lid open. If the package says that they do not require preliminary boiling, still boil, because when there are many layers, the middle sheets will remain unbaked.
    We put lasagna sheets in boiling water and weld.
  3. When the lasagna leaves bend well, they can be taken out. Cooking time is approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off the multicooker. We get a slotted spoon, put it on a plate in one layer, so as not to stick together, and let cool. Pour water out of the pan. If you will make the dough yourself, then roll it out very thinly and also pre-boil it. Dumplings dough is suitable here.
    We take out the sheets and lay them on a plate.

Minced meat

Important! Vegetables are often added for cooking, for example, zucchini, bell pepper, eggplant, celery stalk, carrots. If you put them in a dish, then add at the time of frying the meat. Then the dish will turn out less caloric.
  1. Finely chop 2 medium-sized onions. Also finely chop 2 - 3 cloves of garlic.
    Grind onions and garlic.
  2. Pour 30 ml of vegetable oil into the multicooker pan.
    Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl.
  3. Choose the menu “frying”, press the “start” button. As soon as the oil heats up - lower the chopped onion. Fry the onion for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Fry the onion.
  4. The onion was fried and slightly podgolot, now add 800 g of minced meat. We fry until it is completely fried and acquires a light gray (brown) color. It takes about 6 to 8 minutes to complete.
    Add minced meat to the onion.
  5. Now add chopped garlic. Sprinkle 1 tsp. mixtures of French or Italian herbs. If there are no such herbs, add spices to your taste. Pour 2 tsp. salt with the mountain. We mix everything.
    Add garlic, spices.
  6. In a glass of water we breed 3 tbsp. l tomato paste. Instead of pasta, you can use sauce or tomatoes. Pour minced meat with diluted tomato paste. If it seems that there is not enough tomato paste, add 1 more spoon.
    Next, add the tomato paste diluted in water.
  7. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes. Put the prepared stuffing on a plate. Wash the pan for later use.
    Stew the sauce for a few more minutes.

Sauce making

  1. We will cook in the "frying" mode. In a pan, put 100 g of butter, melt it.
    In the number of the multicooker bowl we spread the butter.
  2. Add 3 tbsp to the oil. l flour, mix so that there are no lumps. The flour is fried and begins to darken, becoming dark yellow or orange.
    Add flour to the oil, mix.
  3. Pour 350 - 400 ml of milk into a thin stream. Continuously stir so that no lumps form. We are waiting for the milk to boil.
    We introduce milk and mix, breaking the lumps.
  4. During cooking, the sauce should thicken and begin to puff. At this point, you can turn off the multicooker.
    Cook the sauce until thickened.
  5. Pour the sauce into a separate saucepan, add 2 eggs. Knead until cool.
    In the sauce, beat the eggs, mix.
  6. Add 1 tsp.salt and ground nutmeg on the tip of a knife.
    Add salt and nutmeg to the sauce.
  7. Mix. The sauce should be consistency, like sour cream. Grate 200 - 250 g of hard cheese. Add 2/3 of the cheese to the sauce, and leave 1/3 of the portion for dusting the finished dish.
    Add cheese as well.

Putting Lasagna

  1. Cover the crock-pot with baking paper. Cut the paper in half lengthwise, spread it on the bottom and sides crosswise.
    We cover the multicooker with parchment sheets.
  2. We spread the sheets of lasagna. At the bottom is placed 2 sheets.
    On the bottom lay two sheets of lasagna.
  3. We put the minced meat, level it over the entire surface.
    Next, make a layer of minced meat.
  4. Pour abundantly with sauce. Due to the melted cheese, he began to stretch.
    Pour the meat layer with bechamel sauce.
  5. If the previous layer of lasagna was along, then lay the next across.
    Lay out the lasagna sheets again.
  6. Spread minced meat and sauce again. And so on until the end.
    We alternate the layers of the dish, collecting high multi-layer lasagna.
  7. On the penultimate layer, spread all the meat. On the top layer there will be only sauce sprinkled with cheese.
    Sprinkle the collected dish with cheese.
  8. We turn on the “baking” or “multi-cook” mode, close the lid. At a temperature of 120 degrees, cook 40 minutes.
    Cooking Lasagna 40 minutes.
  9. We take out the finished lasagna, holding the edges of the paper. We spread it on a flat plate, remove the paper.
    Carefully remove the lasagna from the multicooker.
  10. The lasagna was multilayered, high and juicy, it should have at least 6 layers.
    Appetizing lasagna in the multicooker is ready.
If you will be cooking lasagna in the oven, then the cheese must be added at the end 10 minutes before the end of cooking, or covered with foil, and removed 10 minutes before the end.
