Ingredients

White cabbage 300-400 g
rice 200 g
ground beef 600 g
leek 1 PC.
carrot 1 PC.
egg 1 PC.
tomato juice 250 ml
sour cream 20% 150 g
sunflower oil 300 ml

Step cooking

  1. We wash 200 g of rice and boil it over low heat until half cooked. Finely chop the 300 g cabbage and fry it in a pan, adding 100 ml of vegetable oil.
    Shred the cabbage and stew in a pan.
  2. Rub on a medium grater 1 carrot. Cut 1 head of leek. In a separate pan, pour 100 g of oil and send onions with carrots to it. Constantly mixing, fry them until half cooked.
    Grind onions, grate carrots and fry them in a separate pan.
  3. In a deep plate, mix 600 g of ground beef, fried cabbage, onions and carrots.
    We combine onions with carrots, cabbage and minced meat.
  4. Add boiled rice, 1 egg to the ingredients and pepper to taste.
    Add rice, salt, pepper.
  5. Mix everything well and form small balls from the resulting mixture. In total, you get about 6 pieces.
    Mix the mass well.
  6. Pour 100 ml of vegetable oil into the pan and heat it. We send stuffed cabbage to the pan and fry them a little on both sides.

  7. Pour 250 ml of tomato juice into a deep bowl, add 150 g of sour cream, salt and pepper to taste to it. Mix everything until smooth.
    For the sauce, mix sour cream, tomato sauce, pepper.
  8. Pour stuffed cabbage with the resulting liquid mixture.
    Pour the lazy cabbage rolls with the resulting sauce.
  9. We cover the pan with a lid and let the dish stew for 45 minutes.
