The article presents a simple recipe, guided by which, you will get delicious lazy khachapuri in just 45-50 minutes. The ingredients required for the test are indicated in the table in the required proportions. You can fry khachapuri in a pan or bake in the oven. Both cooking methods are described in detail, so you can choose any for yourself. Ready-made harapuri turns out to be quite tasty and satisfying, since they immediately contain 3 types of cheese.

Wonderful lazy khachapuri, you can cook in the oven or in a pan

  • fork;

  • sieve;

Ingredients

Flour 350-400 g
Kefir 500 ml
Cottage cheese 250 g
Brynza 150 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Egg 1 PC.
Soda 1/3 tsp
Baking powder for the dough 1 tsp
Greenery 1 bunch
Garlic 1 clove
Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l
Butter 1 piece

Step cooking

  1. We shift 250 g of cottage cheese into a deep bowl and knead it with a fork to get rid of large lumps. For these purposes, you can also use a pusher.
    Knead the cottage cheese with a fork.
  2. Rub on a fine grater 100 g of hard cheese. You can use any product to your liking.
    We grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  3. You can also grate 150 g of feta cheese on a coarse grater. If you like the khachapuri to have a pronounced taste of feta cheese and come across pieces, then you can simply grind it into small pieces with your hands.
    You can simply crumble the feta cheese into slices.
  4. Pour 500 ml of kefir of any fat content into a deep bowl. All types of cheeses are already shredded and ground into the pan with kefir. Mix the ingredients well with a fork.
    We spread cottage cheese, cheese and feta cheese in a bowl with kefir.
  5. Add 1 chicken egg to the resulting mass. Put 1/3 tsp. soda and 1 tsp. baking powder. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
    Add the egg, soda, salt to the kefir-cheese mass.
  6. Sift through a sieve 350-400 g of wheat flour and add it to the cheese mass. Adjust the amount of flour yourself, it may need a little more or less. Stir everything until the dough resembles the consistency of homemade sour cream.
    Add flour and knead thick dough.
  7. A bunch of greens is washed under running water and chopped. For khachapuri, you can use green onions, parsley, dill and any other herbs to your taste. If you do not like greens, then you can not add it at all.
    Grind any fresh herbs to taste.
  8. Finely chop the clove of garlic and add it together with chopped herbs to the dough. Mix everything until the greens are evenly distributed throughout the test.
    Add greens to the dough.
  9. You can cook khachapuri in the oven or fry in a pan. If you have chosen the last option, then pour 1-2 tbsp into the pan. l vegetable oil and a little warm it over medium heat. We spread half of the dough on the heated oil and evenly distribute it over the entire area of ​​the pan.
    We distribute half the dough in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil.
  10. As soon as a crust appeared on one side, turn over the khachapuri with a spatula. It is required to fry over medium heat.
    Turn khachapuri to the other side.
  11. After a few minutes, cover the pan with a lid and cook the khachapuri until cooked.
    Bring the baking to readiness under the lid.
  12. If you want to bake khachapuri in the oven, then first grease the round shape with a piece of butter and sprinkle lightly with flour. We spread the dough with a tablespoon and level it all over the bottom.
    To bake lazy khachapuri in the oven, put the dough in a greased and sprinkled with flour form.
  13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and set the khachapuri to bake for 20-30 minutes. Cooking time depends on the dough layer. 5-10 minutes before cooking, sprinkle the khachapuri with the remnants of grated hard cheese to form a beautiful crust.
    In the oven, khachapuri will be baked for about half an hour.
  14. After half an hour, the khachapuri is ready, transfer it to a beautiful dish and serve it to guests. You can decorate the dish with fresh herbs.
