Step cooking

  1. Break 2 eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Whisk well with a fork.
    Beat the egg.
  2. Add 200 g of sour cream to the egg mixture. Mix well.

  3. In an egg-sour cream mixture, add 200 g of hard cheese, grated, and 1 bunch of chopped dill. Mix everything again.

    Level the dough in a pan and cover with a lid.
  8. After the khachapuri on the lower side acquires a golden crust, it must be turned over to the other side. This can be done with two blades, or by cutting the khachapuri into 2 parts and turning it in half. On the reverse side, khachapuri is also fried under a closed lid until a golden crust is formed.
    Turn the product over to the other side.
  9. Put the finished khachapuri in a wide dish for serving and cut into portions.
