Navy pasta with minced meat - a recipe from childhood 🍝

  • a pot with a capacity of 4.5 liters or more;
  • pan;
  • colander;
  • cutting board;
  • kitchen knife;
  • skimmer;
  • culinary spatula;
  • kitchen scales;
  • beaker.

Ingredients

Pasta 300 g
Ground minced pork and beef 600 g
Onions, medium 2-3 pcs.
Vegetable oil 40 ml
Common salt taste
Ground black pepper taste
Dry parsley pinch
Drinking water 3 l

Step cooking

  1. Place a pot of water (3 liters) on a large fire. For cooking, use a large burner for more even heating of the bottom. Salt at the rate of 10 grams of table salt per liter of boiling water (classic proportion), that is, in our case, take 30 grams of salt. Bring the water to a boil.
    Bring water to a boil, add salt.
  2. Put 300 grams of pasta in boiling salted water. Stir, cover. When the products boil, remove the lid, reduce heat to medium and cook according to the time indicated on the package. During cooking, often stir the pasta with a slotted spoon or a spoon so that they do not stick together and do not stick to the bottom of the pan.
    We spread the pasta in the pan, cook until tender.
  3. Throw pasta into a colander. No need to rinse. Hot pasta mixes better with sauce or other ingredients. Transfer the pasta to the pan.
    Ready pasta recline in a colander.
  4. Peel 3 medium onions. Cut into small strips or cubes.
    Chop the onion.
  5. Pour 40 ml of vegetable oil into a preheated pan. Place 600 grams of minced meat (pork and beef) in a pan.
    Put the minced meat in a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
  6. With a cooking spatula, crush the minced meat into small pieces. Salt and pepper with black pepper to taste. Add dry green parsley for flavor. Mix well with a spatula. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  7. When the pieces of minced meat turn gray, add chopped onions to the pan. Mix the contents of the pan well with a spatula or spoon.
    Add the onion to the meat in the pan.
  8. Cook over medium heat, stirring until tender. Frying time is approximately 10-15 minutes.

  9. Add the meat dressing to the pasta pan. Mix the meat dressing with pasta well. Dip the dish for 2-3 minutes over low heat under a lid.
    Stuffing is transferred to a pan for pasta.
  10. Serve pasta navy hot.
