Tasty pasta with mushrooms, tomatoes and miso 🍝

Try to cook the simplest and, moreover, low-calorie dish - pasta with mushrooms, tomatoes and miso-paste. Two component dishes can be prepared at the same time. Cook pasta on one burner and stew vegetables on another. This process is very fast, and guided by a step-by-step recipe, you will set the table in a short time, serving aromatic, hearty, real Italian pasta for lunch or dinner.

Cookware: cutting board, knife, teaspoon and tablespoon, measuring container, pot, pan, serving plates, hob.

Pasta 350 g
Champignon mushrooms) 400 g
Miso paste 2 tsp
Tomato paste 4-5 tsp
Cherry tomatoes 400 g
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Onion powder 1.5 tsp
Smoked paprika, ground ¼ tsp
Lemon ½ citrus
Fresh parsley ½ beam
Salt pepper a pinch
Filtered water (vegetable oil) 100 ml

Step cooking

Chop vegetables

  1. Cut 400 g of cherry tomatoes into halves.
    Cut the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Randomly dissolve 400 g of champignons in large slices.
    We cut champignons with plates.
  3. Finely chop 2-3 cloves of garlic.
    Grind the garlic.

Stew cut

Did you know? To make the dish less caloric, you can stew vegetables on the water. Well, and who does not count calories, they can pour not the water, but the vegetable oil in the same amount into the pan.
  1. Pour 2-3 tbsp into a cold pan. l filtered water, put chopped mushrooms and put simmer on medium heat.
    Pour a few tablespoons of water into the pan and spread the chopped mushrooms.
  2. In a minute, add chopped garlic.
    Add garlic to the mushrooms.
  3. After 5-7 minutes from the moment of boiling, add 2 tsp to the already soft mushrooms. miso pasta, as well as 4-5 tsp. tomato paste.
    After a few minutes, add the miso and tomato paste.
  4. Pour the contents of the pan 1.5 tsp. onion powder, ¼ tsp. smoked paprika and add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
    Then add seasonings.
  5. Mix all the products in a pan, warm for a couple of minutes and put halves of cherry tomatoes on them.
    Spread the tomatoes in the pan.
  6. Pour 60 ml of water into the pan, mix and simmer the vegetables for about 5 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft.
    Add water.

Boil pasta and cook pasta

  1. Boil in a pan 1.0-1.5 liters of water with a small amount of salt.
    Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Pour pasta into boiling water, and cook until cooked according to the recommendations on the package.
    Cook pasta until cooked.
  3. Drain all the pasta from the prepared pasta and pour them to the stewed mushrooms with tomatoes.
    We put ready pasta in a pan with mushrooms.
  4. Mix thoroughly and squeeze the juice of half a lemon on top.
    After mixing the pasta, we season the dish with lemon juice.
  5. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley (enough ½ bunch).
    Add chopped greens.
  6. Simmer the pasta over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until excess moisture evaporates and the contents become viscous.
    Stew the dish for a few more minutes.
  7. Arrange the finished dish on serving plates, and serve hot to the table.
    Appetizing pasta with mushrooms ready.
