hard pasta 250 g
beef stew 300-400 g
onion 1 PC.
carrot 1 PC.

Step cooking

  1. First you should fry the vegetables. Pour the sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl and set it to heat in the “Preheat” mode.

  2. While the oil is warming, you can start cutting vegetables. Peel 1 onion and 1 carrot, wash. Cut the onions into half rings several millimeters thick, grate the carrots on a coarse grater or cut into not too thick straws. If desired, Bulgarian pepper can be added to the onions and carrots, which will add sweetness to the dish, or a few crushed tomatoes without a peel. When the oil has warmed up a bit, set the Frying mode in the multicooker and pour the onion sliced ​​in half rings into the bowl. Fry it until translucent, the approximate time is 5-7 minutes. Next, add the carrots to the onions, and fry the vegetables until they are soft, about 10 minutes. If you decide to add pepper, then toss it with carrots, if tomatoes, add them 5 minutes after adding carrots.

  3. Turn off the "Frying" mode, add 250 g of pasta and 300-400 g of beef stew to soft vegetables. Stew can be replaced with ordinary meat, but then it should be slightly fried along with vegetables.

  4. Pour the ingredients with water so that they are slightly covered, salt to taste, you can also add a little black pepper and other seasonings as you wish. Set the “Quick Cooking” mode in the multicooker, or set the time yourself if this mode is not provided in your multicooker. Estimated time for cooking pasta with stew and vegetables is 30-35 minutes.
