Cream, 33% fat 200 ml
Chicken broth / boiled water 350 ml
Onion 1 head
Mozzarella cheese 100 g
Parmesan Cheese 25 g
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Vegetable oil (olive) 2-3 tbsp. l
Dry ground oregano leaves 1 tsp
Powdered dried basil 1 tsp
Ground Nutmeg ¼ tsp
Salt and ground black pepper a pinch
Parsley or dill ½ beam

Step cooking

Important! The dish is cooked in one dish - a capacious frying pan, which necessarily needs a lid.
  1. Put on a large fire a frying pan with 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil to warm up.
    Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  2. Crush the flat side of the knife with 2-3 cloves of garlic and finely chop the tip.
    Grind the garlic.
  3. In the heated oil, run the garlic, and while it is fried, chop one small head of onion in small cubes.
    While the garlic is fried in oil, chop the onion.
  4. Add the onion cubes to the slightly pinked garlic, mix and fry until golden, without reducing the flame of the burner.
    Spread the onion to the garlic and fry.
  5. Peeled and washed mushrooms (130 g, you can take a mixture of oyster mushrooms with champignons) cut into small cubes or arbitrary slices. To the onion starting to golden, let the chopped mushrooms and fry until cooked with periodic mixing of the contents of the pan.
    Cut the mushrooms and add to the pan to the garlic with onions.
  6. While mushrooms are fried, dissolve the chicken fillet in arbitrary pieces - slices, sticks, large straws or cubes.
    Cut the chicken into pieces.
  7. Add chopped chicken breast to the onion with mushrooms and garlic, mix the products with a spatula and mix until the pieces of the fillet turn white.
    Put the fillet in a pan, fry until the meat is whitened.
  8. Salt, pepper and sprinkle the contents of the pan with 1 tsp. dried oregano and chopped basil leaves, as well as about ¼ tsp. nutmeg.
    Pepper the dish, add the spices.

  9. When the chicken meat has reached the state of semi-preparedness (all pieces whiten, but not fried), pour 200 ml of cream in a skillet.
    Add cream.
  10. Following there, send 350 ml of ordinary filtered water or chicken broth and two hundred to a boil.
    Next, add water as well.
  11. Run pasta into boiling sauce (in this case fettuccine pasta) and mix.
    Spread pasta in a pan.
  12. Reduce the heat / heat of the burner to medium and cook according to the time indicated on the packaging under the closed lid, stirring the contents of the pan from time to time. Meanwhile, finely chop a ½ bunch of greenery.
    While the pasta is cooked, chop fresh herbs.
  13. Grate 100 g mozzarella, 25 g parmesan and sprinkle with cheese the finished dish while it is still languishing on the stove.
    Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
