Ingredients

finely ground semolina 80 g
sugar 2-3 tsp
salt pinch
butter 68% fat 20-30 g
fresh fruits, berries, jam and other additives taste

Step cooking

  1. Measure with a measured glass half a liter of milk, weigh semolina with a kitchen scale. If you want to make a thinner porridge, take less cereals, about 50-60 ml.
    Prepare milk, semolina, sugar.
  2. Pour milk into a stewpan or pan with a thick bottom. Put on medium heat and warm well, without boiling slightly. To prevent milk from escaping during boiling, grease the pan walls a couple of centimeters above the milk level with butter.
    Pour milk into a saucepan.
  3. As soon as the milk begins to boil, with a thin stream, with constant stirring, pour the semolina into the milk. Reduce heat to the bare minimum and cook porridge for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Use a spoon or a wide spatula for stirring.
    We gradually pour semolina into the boiled milk with constant stirring.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and a couple teaspoons of sugar. Add sugar or salt in the right amount to taste. Stir and cook one more minute.

  5. Turn off the heat and remove the porridge from the heat. Add a slice of butter, let it melt and mix the semolina.
