Manti with raw potatoes - simple and tasty

Cookware:

Ingredients

Manti dough ready 1 kg
Potatoes 10 pieces.
Onion 2 pcs.
Butter 100 g
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l
Salt, Pepper, Seasoning taste

Step cooking

Before cutting the dough, you need to prepare all the ingredients for the minced meat - remove the husk from two large onions, wash and peel a dozen medium-sized potato tubers. Please note that onions and potatoes for the filling are used raw.

Make minced meat

  1. Dissolve the potatoes in small cubes.
    Cut the potatoes into a small dice.
  2. Pour potato cubes into a colander to drain excess juice.
    Put the potatoes in a colander to get rid of excess fluid.
  3. Finely chop the onion, preferably also in small cubes.
    Cut the onion in the same small dice.
  4. Combine chopped onions with potato cubes. To taste, add salt, ground black pepper and seasonings (optional) to the minced meat and mix thoroughly.
    Add the onions to the potatoes, salt, pepper and mix the filling.
Important! So that the potato cubes do not quickly darken, they should be slightly sprinkled with vegetable oil with stirring.

Cut the dough

  1. Roll a sausage from the dough and cut into small pieces. Roll the pieces with tortillas.
    Roll the dough into a sausage, cut into pieces and roll each of them with a rolling pin.
  2. Put a sufficient amount of filling in the middle of each cake.
    Put the nchinka on the center of each cake.
  3. Put a small piece of butter in the center of each mantle - this will add juiciness to the dish.
    On top of the filling, add a piece of butter for the juiciness of the dish.
  4. Pinch the edges in any way convenient for you.
    Carefully pinch the manti.
  5. While the manti are stacked in a special pan, put the bottom of the mantle with water on a large fire to boil. Set the middle part of the mantovarka with the mantas on the boiling water in the bottom of the pan and cook for 30 minutes.
