water 200 ml
sugar 1.5 tbsp. l
vinegar 50 ml
vegetable oil (odorless) 50-60 ml
salt 1 tbsp. l
cloves (ground) ½ tsp
pepper mixture (ground black pepper) ½ tsp
garlic 3-4 cloves
Bay leaf 3-4 pcs.

Step cooking

  1. First you need to prepare the garlic, so 3-4 cloves should be peeled and cut into thin slices. If desired, you can add onions and carrots, they should also be cut into small cubes.

  2. Now you need to pour 200 ml of pure water into the pan and add chopped garlic to it. If you still use onions and carrots, then they need to be added along with garlic.
    Pour water into the pan, add garlic.
  3. Also, add 1.5 tbsp. To the pan with water. l granulated sugar, 1 tbsp. l salt, ½ tsp. ground cloves, ½ tsp. mixture of peppers, 3-4 pcs. bay leaf and 10 pcs. allspice peas. Mix all the ingredients well with a spoon. In case you like sweet and sour mushrooms, then you can add slightly less salt.
    Add sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf.
  4. When all the ingredients are mixed, you can pour 50 ml of vinegar and the same amount of refined vegetable oil into the pan. Mix the mixture thoroughly again and send the pan to the fire so that the water with spices and vinegar boils.
    Add vinegar, vegetable oil and bring the marinade to a boil.
  5. After the mixture has boiled, taste it and make sure that it has enough sugar and salt. Pour 1 kg of washed mushrooms into boiling brine, mix all the mushrooms, close the pan with a lid and wait until they boil. After boiling, mushrooms should be cooked for 7 minutes.

  6. After the time has passed, turn off the mushrooms, take a jar, which can be sterilized in advance, but not necessarily. Put hot mushrooms in a jar along with pickle and seasonings.
