Homemade marinated silver carp

Common salt 20 g
Table vinegar 9% 1 stack
Water (optional ingredient) 1 stack
Onion 2-3 pcs.
Vegetable oil 100-150 ml
Bay leaf 2-4 pcs.

First prepare the fish: it needs to be cleaned, the entrails, head and tail removed, washed, then cut into portioned pieces. Rinse the cut fish well again and soak in cold water for 1-2 hours to wash the blood. Drain the water. Onions cut into thin rings or half rings.

Squeeze the contents with some sort of oppression (you can take a suitable, clean jar of water) or just close the lid and leave at room temperature for 4 hours, mix and leave for another 4 hours.

  4. After 8 hours, drain the vinegar, no need to rinse the fish. Pour in a silver carp 100-150 ml of vegetable oil (the amount of oil depends on the amount of fish), close the lid tightly and refrigerate for 24 hours.
