  3. We shift the baked product into a bowl and grind it with an immersion blender until it is in a mushy state. We interrupt the baked pumpkin with a blender.
  4. Add 50 g of granulated sugar to the resulting mashed potatoes and once again mix everything thoroughly with a blender. Add sugar to the pumpkin puree and again interrupt with a blender.
  5. Pour 20 g of instant gelatin into a separate bowl. we will also need gelatin.
  6. Pour 30 ml of hot bottled water there and mix both ingredients thoroughly with a whisk until the dry component is completely dissolved. Mix gelatin with water.
  7. We filter the gelatin mass through a fine sieve directly into a bowl of pumpkin puree. We use a sieve in order to avoid getting gelatin lumps. Filter the gelatin through a sieve directly into the pumpkin mass.
  8. Using a submersible blender, we bring the components to a homogeneous consistency. Mix the pumpkin puree with gelatin with a blender.
  9. We cover the glass form with cling film, on top of which we spread the cooked pumpkin mass. Evenly distribute the mass throughout the form and send it to the refrigerator until it solidifies. We spread the pumpkin mass in a jar, covered with cling film.
