Ingredients

For the test:
Sugar 250 g
Soda 1 tsp
Wheat flour 500-550 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Honey 2 tbsp. l
For custard:
Milk 500 ml
Eggs 2 pcs.
Wheat flour 50 g
Butter 100 g
Vanilla sugar 80 g

Step cooking

  1. In a pan, mix eggs, sugar, butter and liquid honey. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

  1. We take one ball of dough from the refrigerator and thinly roll them on a floured surface or directly on parchment paper.

  2. Transfer the cake to the baking sheet directly with paper and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
