  • Boiled condensed milk - 360 g
  • Thickener for sour cream - 2 packets

  3. Add soda to it (1 tsp). It is important for cooking to take real homemade honey. In this case, it will extinguish the soda, otherwise it will need to be pre-extinguished with vinegar or citric acid. If everything is done correctly, the mass should foam and increase in size. add soda to the mixture
  4. Add sugar (200 g) and mix thoroughly. pour sugar into the pan
  5. Drive chicken eggs (2 pcs.) Into a deep bowl, mix with a fork, add to the honey mass and mix well again with a whisk. beat eggs
