Vinegar 9% 22 g

Salt 20 g
Granulated sugar 10 g
Bay leaf 3 pcs.
Clove 5 pieces.
Black pepper peas 10-12 pcs.
Pure water 400 g
Allspice 10-12 pcs.
Vegetable oil 22 g

Step cooking

  1. Wash, cut off the heads and tails, clean from the insides and again thoroughly wash 500 grams of fresh capelin.
    We clean and rinse capelin.
  2. We peel off the husks, wash and chop two onions in half rings.
    Cut the onion into half rings.
  3. Pour 400 grams of pure water into a large deep saucepan and put on the stove.

  4. Add to the water 10-12 pieces of allspice, 5 cloves, 10-12 peas of black pepper, 3 bay leaves, 20 grams of salt and 10 grams of granulated sugar.
